支承滾輪軸承
 
  FYB滾輪滾針軸承是由由機加工厚壁外圈、滾針或圓柱滾子、或保持架引導或滿裝滾動體組、內圈或螺栓及 密封組成的軸承單元,可承受較高的徑向負荷和一定的沖擊負荷,結構緊湊多樣、旋轉精度高、品種繁多、適應 性廣、易于安裝。廣泛用于機床、冶金機械、紡織機械、印刷機械等機械設備和加工流水線。

STO、NA22…2RS系列產品在油潤滑時可用于高速運轉。

NATR系列支承滾輪特別適用于重載及中速。

NATV、NUTR、KRV、NUKR系列滿裝滾動體產品可在低速下承受較重載荷。
 

△結構形式
  該類軸承有采用滾針或圓柱滾子承載結構;有多種密封形式用于防止污染物和 水的侵入密封方式;外圈外圓有圓柱形及圓弧形多種輪廓形狀;有用螺栓軸結構便 于直接安裝等多種結構型式供不同場合選擇使用,也可根據用戶特殊結構要求設計。

△產品精度
  尺寸公差和幾何精度按GB/T6445。
  滾針直徑相互差在2μm,精度等級為G2級(國標GB/T309)。
  軸承徑向游隙符合GB/T4604的0組規定值。
  外圈圓弧直徑公差為0~-0.05mm

△材料

  滾針材料為GCr15軸承鋼,淬硬HRC60—65。
  內外圈材料為GCr15軸承鋼或滲碳鋼。
  保持架材料為優質低碳鋼或增強尼龍。

△特殊說明
  支承滾輪外圈表面為弧形以避免邊緣應力
  受塑料保持架(后綴TN)和密封件材料限制,運轉溫度-30℃— +100℃。
  使用偏心套結構調整外圈位置使之于運轉軌道相匹配

Cam Follower Needle Roller Bearing

FYB---cam follower roller bearing is a bearing unit composed of machined thick-wall outer race, needle roller or cylindrical roller, or the rolling body guided by retainer or full-component rolling body, inner or bolt and sealing. Featuring multiple compact structure, high rotating accuracy, large varieties, broad adaptability and easy installation, it can bear high radial load and certain shock load and is widely used in lathe, metallurgical, textile and printing machinery, processing lines and etc.

STO, NA22...2RS series of products can be applied to the operation with high speed when it is being lubricated with oil.

NATR series of supporting rollers are especially suitable for heavy and medium speed.
NATV, NUTR, KRV, NUKR series of full-load rolling body products can bear heavier load with low speed.

Types of Designs:
Supporting structure of needle rollers or cylindrical rollers is adopted for this kind of bearing. There are multiple types of sealing for preventing pollutant or water intrusion, various profile forms such as cylindrical & arc for the outer circle of outer race, bolt shaft structure which is convenient for direct installation and suitable to different occasions. Special structure can be designed as well according to the requirements of customers.

Product Precision Accuracy:
Dimensional tolerance and geometrical accuracy is based on GB/T6445.
Mutual difference of needle roller diameter is 2μm, and the precision grade is G2 (ISO GB309).
Bearing radial running clearance conforms to the value defined by 0 group of GB/T4604.
Diameter tolerance of outer-race arc is 0~0.05mm.

Materials:
Material for needle roller is GCr15 bearing steel, quench-hardening HRC60---65.
Material for inner and outer races is GCr15 bearing steel or carburizing steel.
Material for cages is quality low-carbon steel or reinforced nylon.

Special Directions:
Outer race surface of supporting roller is arc form so as to avoid rim stress.
Limited by plastic cages (suffixed with TN) and sealing-element material, operating temperature is -30℃---+100℃.

Outer race position is adjusted by eccentric sleeve structure so that it can match the motion rail.
